40-page book contains detailed maps of each route along with
a brief
history of the area within the route. Also: things to see
and watch out for;
where to fuel up; where to get good grub; trail etiquette;
environmental
concerns, etc.
ATV'ing in 14'er Country is
the official guide book of the Historical Color Tour. It
is full of information on the area and includes detailed
maps
of 14 popular routes.
The book costs $18 + $2 postage
if mailed. It can be picked up at the Buena Vista Chamber
office, some lodging properties, by calling 888-542-7756,
or by Emailing
Liars' Lodge, or you can order it on our Secure
Registration Form.
Purchasing
the guide book is NOT required in order to participate
in the ATV
Tour. The guide books will be on sale at: sponsoring
lodging properties; the
designated meeting place each day (see Schedule
of Events);
and at the Buena
Vista Chamber of Commerce building (343 Hwy 24 South... the
little old
church building by the highway, 3 blocks south of the traffic
light).
